Sure, you can easily change the date and/or time of your ticket within few hours before the departure time. Please note, some services might require up to 48 hours notice to change your ticket.


How to change your ticket:

  1. Click on "Manage my bookings" from the menu. Login might be required
  2. Click on the "View" button for the ticket that you'd like to change
  3. Select "Change date & time"
  4. Pick the bus you'd like to travel on
  5. Don't forget to save / re-print your ticket
